A specialist in narrow fabrics for over 130 years, Manutex offers a full range of products and services for clothing, decoration, packaging, industry, etc. Our expertise is based on a complete range of quality materials: cotton, polyester, polyamide, polypropylene, viscose, kevlar, fiberglass, etc., as well as a palette of over 1,000 colors.

Textile weaving
Weaving ribbons, straps and braids is at the heart of our production, thanks to a complete range of machines combining tradition and modernity.
We manufacture rigid or elastic ribbons, in twill, taffeta or satin weaves from 4 to 200 mm, in natural or synthetic materials.
We take advantage of a vast range of colors to create plain or multicolored braids, in phase with your textile project.
We have mastered the jacquard ribbon technique, to weave motifs or logos directly into the heart of the ribbon.
Textile braiding
Braiding cords and laces has been handed down from generation to generation since the 19th century.
Over the years, we have used increasingly efficient braiding machines, with up to 96 spindles.
We cover the whole range of narrow textiles, round or flat, elastic or rigid, from fine cord to technical rope.
We use traditional materials (cotton, linen, wool) as well as synthetic materials (polyester, viscose, nylon) and technical materials (fiberglass, Kevlar, carbon).
We produce cords and braids in the color of your choice, plain or multicolored, for all kinds of projects.
Trimmings
Our creativity is one of our strong points, as we create our own designs, which we can develop according to our customers’ needs.
We work with a wide range of decorative materials, including textiles, metal, aluminum, wood, resin and bamboo.
Thanks to our expertise in design and R&D, we offer a wide range of trimmings for walls and windows. We also offer our services to furniture and lighting customers.
We operate in a number of fields, including hotels and events.
Treatments and coatings
For special requirements in the clothing, industry, decoration, furniture and packaging sectors, we coat and calendering our braids and tapes to improve product resistance and quality.
